Description
The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting proposals from qualified telecommunications and unified communications providers to refresh its enterprise telephone and unified communications system. The project includes replacing approximately 380 legacy IP desk phones, modernizing call-control infrastructure, providing communications features for approximately 380 users, migrating legacy physical servers/controllers to a supported virtualized environment, and transitioning PRI-based PSTN connectivity to SIP trunking. Proposals must address integration with or migration from the existing Mitel MiVoice Business environment while preserving required functionality and operational continuity.
