Waller County Countywide Mobility Plan and Transportation Improvement Strategy

H-GAC is seeking a consultant to develop an updated countywide mobility plan and transportation improvement strategy for Waller County, Texas. - Buyer and partners: Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC), Procurement and Contracts Department; H-GAC Transportation Department is identified in the solicitation. The implementation strategy is intended to identify roadway projects for a potential future mobility bond. - Notable requirements: This is a planning-level study, not engineering design; stamped drawings are not required. H-GAC is seeking a qualified contractor to develop a countywide mobility plan for Waller County, Texas, updating the 2019 Waller County Transportation Plan. Work includes data collection and existing-conditions analysis, identification and prioritization of mobility needs and improvements, alternatives analysis, and public and stakeholder outreach. Deliverables include a final mobility plan and executive summary, implementation strategy for short- through long-term actions and potential roadway bond projects, and supporting GIS, analytical, and editable source files.
