Description

This Invitation to Tender seeks a Mechanical Contractor as Prime Contractor for Project F538-00, replacing the medical vacuum pump system at Jim Pattison South (JPS) Level 3 Mechanical Room. The work includes removing the existing Peerless duplex pump system and supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning a new system, including controls, electrical connections, BMS integration, and alarm interfaces. Work will occur in an active healthcare facility and requires phasing, shutdown planning, and coordination with VGH Clinical and FMO while maintaining facility operations and critical medical vacuum services. Only bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the specified mechanical prime contractor and electrical subcontractor disciplines may submit a tender.
