Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that large diameter graphite electrodes from China are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation is July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. The notice describes the scope of the investigation and invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary determination.
