Description

Nasdaq MRX, LLC proposes to amend Exchange Rule General 8 to establish fees for liquid-cooled cabinet installation, liquid-cooled cabinet power installation, and liquid-cooled cabinet power in its expanded data center. Customers may use a Nasdaq-provided liquid-cooled cabinet or supply their own, and the proposed fees include installation charges and recurring power fees based on commitment term and capacity. The proposed fees apply to an optional co-location service in NY11-5. The Exchange states that implementation is planned for the fourth calendar quarter of 2026, with the implementation date to be announced by Trader Alert.
