Description
The Department of Commerce reports that the U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce’s second remand results in the 2020–2021 antidumping duty administrative review of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico. Commerce amends the final results and dumping margins for Maquilacero/TEFLU and the non-selected companies Perfiles and Productos Laminados. The amended weighted-average dumping margins are 10.67 percent for Maquilacero/TEFLU and 6.06 percent for Perfiles and Productos Laminados. The notice states that entries remain subject to an injunction during any reconsideration or appeals process.
