The Securities and Exchange Commission published a Nasdaq ISE LLC proposal to set fees for optional liquid-cooled cabinets and related power services at its NY11-5 data center. - Organizations: Nasdaq ISE LLC is proposing the fees; Nasdaq is identified as the provider of one cabinet option. The SEC published the notice. This is a proposed fee change, not a government purchase solicitation, and no government buyer is identified. - Cabinet installation: $5,490 for a Nasdaq-provided liquid-cooled cabinet or $2,500 for a customer-provided cabinet. Neither option has a monthly cabinet fee. - Power service: Available only with a liquid-cooled cabinet. In addition to the standard cabinet power installation fee, the proposed installation charge is $1,800 per kVA for a one-year commitment, $1,650 per kVA for two years, or $1,500 per kVA for three years. Monthly power charges are $1,000, $900, or $800 per kVA, respectively. - Capacity examples: The proposal lists single-phase 240V service at 20A, 32A, and 40A, and three-phase 415V service at 20A, 32A, 40A, and 60A. Total fees vary with capacity and commitment term. - Customer choice: The service is optional; customers may use a Nasdaq-provided or customer-provided cabinet or continue with existing cabinet and power options.
