OFAC Publishes Eight Venezuela Sanctions General Licenses

Description

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control is publishing eight general licenses issued pursuant to the Venezuela Sanctions Regulations: GLs 46D, 47B, 48C, 50C, 51C, 52B, 54B, and 61A. The licenses authorize certain transactions that would otherwise be prohibited under the regulations and replace or supersede earlier versions.
