The City of Seattle is opening a secure Data Room for firms preparing for a future Elliott Bay Seawall Phase 2 design and environmental services procurement. - Government buyer: City of Seattle, Department of Transportation (SDOT), including the Office of the Waterfront, Civic Projects and Sound Transit (OWCPST), and SDOT Roadway Structures. - Anticipated work: Advance the existing 35% design and deliver environmental approvals and permitting for repair and replacement of the North Seawall, from approximately Virginia Street to Broad Street, toward the Olympic Sculpture Park and connecting to Phase 1. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, OEMs, or commercial vendors are named. No goods, part numbers, or quantities are specified. - Data Room access: Prospective prime consultants may request access for their proposed teams; requests require a completed access form, and selected materials require a signed NDA. Access is subject to City approval. - Funding: Partial federal funding is anticipated through a FEMA PDM-CDS grant. - Attachment note: The supplied NDA template summary describes an Army National Guard e-Discovery Hosting Service, which appears unrelated to the Seattle seawall opportunity and is not identified as part of its scope.
Description
The City of Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) and its Office of the Waterfront, Civic Projects and Sound Transit are providing selected project materials through a secure Data Room for prospective prime consultants preparing for an anticipated Q4 2026 RFQ. The planned RFQ will seek design and environmental services to advance Phase 2 of the Elliott Bay Seawall Project, including updates to the existing 35% design and environmental approvals and permitting. Data Room access requests are accepted from prospective prime consultants on behalf of their teams and require a completed form; a signed NDA is required for selected documents, and access is subject to SDOT approval. Approved access is expected approximately two weeks after receipt of the completed form and signed NDA.
