Université de Montréal – Direction des immeubles is seeking professional architectural services for planning, realization, and closeout of a new unified pavilion at its Saint-Hyacinthe campus. The project combines an animal education hub and an animal shelter, with services also required in parallel with preparation of the business case dossier beginning upon contract award. The planned four-level building, including a basement, will provide teaching laboratories, animal housing, shelter and support spaces, and outdoor improvements, with approximately 6,775 m² gross floor area. The estimated contract amount is CAD 3,000,000, and the estimated duration is 60 months without options.
