The Municipality of Lac-Beauport is seeking a complete architecture and engineering design team for Phase 1 of redeveloping the former Saint-Dunstan chapel into a cultural centre. The multipurpose venue is intended to support cultural, community, corporate, and event activities. The scope includes coordination with other professionals, including a scenographer, acoustician, archaeologist, and laboratories, subject to the tender documents. The planned service opening is in fall 2027.
