Description
The Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking public comment on an extension of an approved information collection concerning the Family Servicemembers Group Life Insurance (FSGLI) spouse coverage election and certification form, SGLV 8286A. The form allows Service Members and their spouses to elect, increase, decrease, or decline spousal coverage when the member cannot use the online enrollment system. Comments are due by November 30, 2026. The notice estimates an annual burden of 267 hours from 1,600 respondents.
