OFAC publishes seven Venezuela sanctions general licenses

Description

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control is publishing seven general licenses issued under the Venezuela Sanctions Regulations (31 CFR part 591): GLs 46C, 47A, 48B, 50B, 51B, 52A, and 54A. The licenses authorize certain transactions otherwise prohibited by those regulations and were previously made available on OFAC's website. The licenses replace and supersede earlier versions identified in the notice. GL 46C was issued on June 10, 2026.
