Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review concerning utility scale wind towers from the Republic of Korea for August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025. Commerce preliminarily determined that Dongkuk S&C Co., Ltd. did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value, with a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00 percent. The review is being rescinded for eight companies because they had no reviewable, suspended entries during the period of review.
