Description
HUD is modifying the system of records notice for the Inventory Management System (IMS), also known as the Public and Indian Housing Information Center (IMS/PIC), and the Housing Information Portal (HIP). The modification incorporates two routine uses previously added by separate notices, adds three new routine uses, and updates system manager and agency contact information. It also clarifies categories of records, record source categories, and electronic collection and submission methods.
