Description
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System adopted final amendments to Regulation A to reflect an increase in the primary credit rate at each Federal Reserve Bank from 3.75 percent to 4.00 percent. The secondary credit rate automatically increased under its formula from 4.25 percent to 4.50 percent. The rule is effective September 30, 2026, and the rate changes were applicable beginning September 17, 2026.
