Supply Ontario is refreshing its recruitment and talent acquisition vendor-of-record arrangement for use across Ontario. - Buyer and users - Supply Ontario is conducting the procurement on behalf of the Government of Ontario. - The arrangement is intended for Ontario Public Service ministries and agencies covered by the applicable procurement directive, with optional use by non-OPS entities. - Requested services - Existing vendor qualification confirmation. - End-to-end recruitment; talent search and attraction; candidate screening and selection; and specialized recruitment. - Services must be available throughout Ontario. - Award approach and suppliers - Multiple vendors may be selected in each service category. - No OEMs, named vendors, part numbers, product quantities, or service quantities are identified. - Term - The refreshed arrangement covers the remainder of its existing term, estimated at 19 months. Description

This Request for Bids refreshes recruitment-related services under the Talent Acquisition and Job Classification Services Vendor of Record Arrangement #tender_17865 for the remainder of its original term, ending July 11, 2028. Multiple vendors will be awarded for each service category and must provide services throughout Ontario. The categories include existing vendor qualification confirmation, end-to-end recruitment, talent search and attraction, screening and selection, and specialized recruitment services. The arrangement will be available to ministries and agencies covered by the Ontario Public Service Procurement Directive and optionally to Non-OPS Entities.
