Description

The Village of Bartlett seeks proposals from qualified and experienced lobbyists or lobbying firms to provide advocacy and lobbying services. The selected firm will advocate for the Village with relevant elected officials and state agencies and advise on legislative and executive-branch initiatives. The work includes developing and implementing a plan to promote Bartlett and help it obtain State and Federal funding and grant opportunities. Proposals should include firm qualifications, relevant client and project experience, at least five references, a firm fee structure, a signed cover letter, and sample communications and reports.
