Tarrant County Hospital District, through JPS Health Network, is seeking an AI-enabled utilization management partner for inpatient and observation reviews. - Government buyer: Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network; Supply Chain Department, JPS Purchasing Office. - Requested solution: An AI-enabled utilization management platform to prioritize inpatient and observation reviews and provide explainable recommendations on admission status, continued stay, payer authorization, denial risk, and physician-advisor escalation. - OEMs and vendors: Epic is named as the EHR integration platform. No bidding vendor or other OEM is identified. - Services: Implementation, Epic and enterprise-system integration, configuration, testing, training, go-live support, reporting, ongoing support, and optimization.
