Description

The City of Santa Rosa is seeking bids for rehabilitation of Secondary Clarifier No. 1 at the Laguna Treatment Plant. Work includes demolition, replacement, and resurfacing of aging clarifier components, including the drive unit, influent well, rake arm, scum baffle, and effluent launder. The clarifier must be operational between November 1, 2027 and April 30, 2028. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 6, 2026.
