Nashwaak Rural Community Website Redesign, Hosting, and Managed IT Services

Description

Nashwaak Rural Community invites proposals from qualified providers for redesigning and migrating its municipal website, providing ongoing website hosting and technical support, and delivering comprehensive managed IT services. The scope includes website accessibility, security, staff training, Google Workspace administration, user support, device management, cybersecurity and incident response, documentation, and transition services. NRC intends to select one primary contractor accountable for the full scope; proposals covering only part of the base scope are not permitted. The redesigned website must launch by March 31, 2027, and managed services are to commence January 1, 2027. Proposals are due electronically by October 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Time.
