Description
The County of Union is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Labor Counsel and/or Personnel Counsel services, and proposers may also offer to serve as a Hearing Officer for certain disciplinary matters and grievances. Services include reviewing and advising on personnel policies and practices and assisting with representation before third-party review and appeal boards for personnel and collective bargaining matters. The qualification period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, and the County may create a qualified list and qualify or directly award one or more providers.
