Description

The County of Union is requesting qualifications from individuals and firms to provide construction management services and other specialized services from January 1 through December 31, 2027. Potential projects include new and renovated buildings, park and golf facilities, and infrastructure. Services include project management and construction inspection, onsite supervision, contractor and department coordination, cost and risk management, schedule coordination, and preparation or review of reports, permits, and applications. The County will establish a qualified list, and qualified proposers may be asked to submit detailed proposals; this RFQ does not commit the County to issue a subsequent RFP.
