Los Angeles County’s District Attorney’s Office is seeking a cloud-based case management system and the services needed to implement and operate it. - Buyer: Los Angeles County, Office of the District Attorney (LADA), District Attorney’s Office. - Requested solution: CMS software and licensing for the prosecutorial lifecycle, serving an environment described as supporting approximately 7.75 million defendants. Description

Los Angeles County’s District Attorney’s Office is seeking a qualified provider for a modern, fully integrated, cloud-based Case Management System; locally hosted, County data center, and on-premises deployments are not permitted. The CMS will replace multiple aging legacy applications and support the criminal case lifecycle, from investigation, intake, and filing through trial, sentencing, and post-conviction activities. The scope includes software and licensing, implementation, data migration, integrations, hosting, maintenance, support, training, and transition services. The solution must support integration with justice partners, courts, and other County systems.
