Oregon DOT District 13 is seeking a contractor to produce and deliver graded medium chip-seal aggregate to three stockpile sites. - Buyer: Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), State of Oregon, District 13. - Procurement: 7,000 cubic yards total of graded medium aggregate, sized 3/8 inch to No. 4, for the District 13 Chip Seal Rock Production project. - 3,000 cubic yards to OR244 (Ukiah-Hilgard Highway), MP 43.5. - 1,500 cubic yards to OR204 (Weston-Elgin Highway), MP 40.32. - 2,500 cubic yards to OR82 (Wallowa Lake Highway), MP 26.43. - Additional work: Provide lump-sum mobilization and prepare and provide a pollution control plan. - OEMs and vendors: No aggregate manufacturer, OEM, or prospective contractor is named in the solicitation. Description

The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking bids to provide chip seal aggregate from a commercial source, meeting specified grading requirements and stockpiled at locations identified in Exhibit A. The pricing form lists graded medium aggregate (3/8"–No. 4) for three stockpile sites: OR244 MP 43.5, OR204 MP 40.32, and OR82 MP 26.43, with quantities of 3,000, 1,500, and 2,500 cubic yards, respectively. Bids are due October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and must be submitted through OregonBuys. Bidders must enter pricing in the Items tab and complete and attach the Bid Pricing Form.
