Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking four five-hour 360 photo booth placements at two casino properties for Halloween and New Year’s Eve events. - Buyer: Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC (CNE), a wholly owned tribal company of the Cherokee Nation; service locations are Cherokee Casino Tahlequah and Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson. - Requested services: Four 360 photo booth placements, each from 7 p.m. to midnight: one in the grand lobby at each casino for Halloween; one on Tahlequah’s gaming floor and one in Fort Gibson’s grand lobby for New Year’s Eve. - OEMs and vendors: No booth manufacturer, OEM, or service vendor is identified by name. - Requirements: Provide the booths professionally and on time, submit a written proposal with itemized costs and applicable fees, and maintain a current Certificate of Insurance on file with CNE. Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking bids for 360 photo booth machines at Cherokee Casino Tahlequah and Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson on Halloween, October 31, 2026, and New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2026. The scope specifies four service placements, generally from 7:00 PM to midnight, at the casinos’ grand lobbies and, for one Tahlequah placement, the gaming floor. The winning bidder must provide the services professionally and on time, have a current certificate of insurance on file with CNE, and execute a service agreement upon award.
