Description

Harris County Department of Education is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers to provide contracted Software Services for its various divisions. The procurement is intended to establish a contract for up to five years, with an optional 90-day transitional period, and purchases may be made on an as-needed, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity basis. Proposers are asked to offer their available products and services commonly purchased by government entities, school districts, and other public or nonprofit organizations. Responses must be submitted online through the HCDE eBid system; suppliers already awarded under this RFP do not need to submit a new proposal.
