Description

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.507-6(b)(3) the action being approved is an exception to the fair opportunity process. This justification authorizes and approves the procurement of additional tasking from ZanTech-Calibre Solutions via modification of ZanTech- Calibre Solutions (JETS) Task Order SP4709-24-D-0034/SP4709-26-F-0032 (“Initial Task Order”). The work to be performed under this modification must be issued to ZanTech-Calibre Solutions on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to the work being performed under the Initial Task Order. All small business JETS Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract holders were provided a fair opportunity to be considered for the Initial Task Order award.
