Description
The County of Lake is seeking proposals for consulting services to prepare its 7th Cycle Housing Element in collaboration with County staff and through community engagement. The plan must meet HCD Housing Element requirements and align with the Housing Action and Implementation Plan, the current and draft updated General Plan, and the Climate Adaptation Plan. It must also integrate proposed action items in the Prohousing Designation application.
