Description

The City of Groton is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a focused update to its Harbor Management Plan. The selected consultant will collaborate with the Harbor Management Commission, City staff, the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and neighboring agencies to produce an updated plan reflecting current conditions.
