Description
The City of Sebring is requesting qualifications from qualified individuals or engineering firms to provide engineering and related services for four SAHM CWSRF projects. The projects include hardening wastewater treatment infrastructure, improving effluent treatment and discharge resiliency, sludge dewatering and processing, and rehabilitating the city-wide wastewater gravity collection system to mitigate inflow and infiltration. Services include engineering design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, periodic construction observation, project management, and related services. The City has been awarded Florida Department of Environmental Protection SRF Project Number 28037, and procurement and contracting must follow the department’s grant requirements.
