Missouri is seeking vendors to supply industrial laundry equipment and provide repair services for state agencies statewide. - Buyer: State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing; Ann Perkins is identified in the RFP attachment. - OEMs and vendors: No equipment manufacturers, OEMs, or contractor vendors are named in the opportunity. - Requested products: Industrial laundry equipment; agencies will specify equipment types and quantities when requesting quotes. Equipment must be new, and quotes should include specification sheets, per-unit pricing, delivery lead time, and manufacturer warranty terms. - Requested services: On-site equipment maintenance and repair, quoted at a firm hourly rate and provided as requested with prior written approval. Standard requests require arrival within four hours if received before 5:00 p.m., or by 8:00 a.m. the next business day if received after 5:00 p.m. Immediate requests require arrival within two hours before 5:00 p.m., or by 8:00 a.m. the next business day if received after 5:00 p.m. - Repair requirements: Quotes must include a guaranteed not-to-exceed price or replacement recommendation, completion timeline, and detailed materials and services list. Parts, labor, materials, and services must be warranted against defects for at least one year. - Other notable terms: Delivery is FOB destination. There is no guaranteed minimum purchase volume. The contractor must account for a 1% administrative fee and submit quarterly payment reports. Buy American and Missouri Veteran Business Enterprise preferences are included.

Description

The State of Missouri is seeking proposals to develop a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for industrial laundry equipment and repair services for various state agencies. Qualified contractors may be asked by agencies, on an as-needed basis, to provide quotes for equipment and/or repair services. The contract period is February 7, 2027 through February 6, 2028. Proposals must be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS; the RFP states they are due October 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time.
