Description

The City of Murrieta is seeking proposals for a comprehensive asset management system to manage municipal assets, work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, service requests, inventory, and field operations. The system is expected to include GIS capabilities, mobile functionality, a public-facing resident request portal, integrations with enterprise systems, and security and reporting tools. Professional services include project management, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, implementation, go-live support, and ongoing technical support. The RFP describes an intended not-to-exceed contract with a five-year initial duration, beginning on or about April 2027, and possible extensions.
