Description

San Bernardino County's Department of Public Health is seeking proposals for an interactive web-based online training course and assessment for food handler certification of County residents, as well as an assessment for food safety manager certification. The County's role in food safety manager certification will be limited to proctoring an in-person examination. Services will be available online 24/7, with manager exam training conducted within San Bernardino County and a proctor present on a County-scheduled basis. The contract period may be up to three years, from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030.
