Description
Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) filed TA410-13 requesting approval of tariff revisions that clarify the transition to GVEA’s Large Generator Interconnection Procedures and establish an interim period before the first Cluster Request Window. GVEA proposes an April 1, 2027 deadline for large generator Interconnection Requests and to open the first Cluster Request Window on October 1, 2027; requests received in between those dates will not be accepted. The proposed terms apply to GVEA-owned projects and other projects subject to the procedures. GVEA requests that the revisions take effect November 12, 2026, and comments are due October 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
