Description

The County of Grande Prairie No. 1 is requesting bids from qualified contractors to construct a 120 ft × 60 ft multi-use asphalt recreation pad at Whispering Ridge Park, at the corner of 154 Avenue and 106 Street. Work includes site review, utility locates, removal of unsuitable material, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, and installation of a granular base and hot mix asphalt surface with drainage management. The surface is intended for seasonal outdoor skating in winter and pickleball and other recreational activities in summer. The work also includes final grading, topsoil placement, seeding, cleanup, and restoration of disturbed areas.
