Description

The contract covers improvements to Garrison Road, including sidewalk infill along its east side and bike lanes from Mill Plain Blvd to NE 12th St. The project also proposes an enhanced RRFB crossing at NE 9th St. and two new street lights. Work includes roadway excavation, stormwater, water meter and hydrant work, paving, sidewalk and curb construction, traffic control, illumination, landscaping, and other work specified in the contract documents. The work must be physically complete within 75 working days from the Notice to Proceed date.
