The drains are expected to remain in place for 6–8 months; the design estimates PVD-assisted consolidation at 117 days versus 3,340 days without the drains. - OEMs and vendors: No product OEM or branded product is specified. ARCADIS is identified in design documentation as designer of record for separate water and sewer utility relocation work, not as a bidder or supplier. - Notable requirements: Substantial completion is required within 365 calendar days and final completion within 395 calendar days.
