The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, seeks a fully serviced office lease in Liberal, Kansas. - Government buyer: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District, Real Estate Division; the notice identifies the office as W071 Endist Kansas City. Description

The US Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Liberal, KS will be expiring.  The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.  The amount of square footage needed is approximately 1,300 square feet.  Information should be sent to Realty Specialist Nya King, at nya.g.king@usace.army.mil, 816-772-5648.
