Description

On September 29, 2026, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisitions Center (TAC) in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Radiation Oncology Program, awarded a Firm Fixed Price contract to Radformation, Inc., 261 Madison Avenue New York, NY 10016, for an Enterprise-wide Radiotherapy Technical Quality Assurance (QA) System and Repository. The contract will provide a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) online, vendor-agnostic, enterprise-wide Software as a Service (SaaS) Radiotherapy Quality Assurance (QA) solution that standardizes, automates, and centralizes treatment delivery device QA data acquisition, analysis, and reporting across all VA Radiation Oncology Centers. The solution will streamline quality monitoring of linear accelerators (linacs) and other radiation treatment devices, including, but not limited to, brachytherapy and other non-linac teletherapy systems; imaging systems, including diagnostic systems such as computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) devices, as well as on-board imaging and other radiotherapy positioning verification and monitoring systems; and QA devices across diverse vendors. The solution shall comply with the applicable requirements of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Task Group (TG)-142, TG-51, TG-198, as well as Medical Physics Practice Guidelines (MPPG) and Protocols. The period of performance shall consist of a 12-month base period, with four 12-month option periods.
