Washington County 540 Western Maryland Parkway Roof Replacement

The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Maryland, is seeking sealed bids for replacement of the existing EPDM roof membrane, approximately 102,768 square feet, with an 80-mil mechanically attached PVC roof membrane. The work also includes adding polyisocyanurate insulation and cover board to provide a minimum overall insulation value of R-30, infilling skylight openings with metal decking, removing abandoned roof equipment and electrical items, capping abandoned vent pipes, and installing a continuous PVC walk path. Wall copings are to be replaced, and treated blocking installed. Bids are submitted through the Washington County Bidding Site; Addendum No. 1 states bids are due October 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET.
