E&I Cooperative Services, Inc. is seeking suppliers to provide equipment and related support services for its education-sector members. - Buyer: E&I Cooperative Services, Inc.; Sourcing Manager, Facilities office, Melville, New York. - Scope: Rental, leasing, and purchase where available of equipment, tools, and safety products, plus associated jobsite and equipment support services. The opportunity serves E&I’s nationwide membership, including higher-education, K–12, and teaching healthcare institutions. - Equipment range: Aerial access; material handling; earthmoving; compaction and paving; concrete and masonry; construction tools; power generation and electrical; air systems; HVAC and indoor air quality; pumps and fluid management; ground protection; trench safety; facilities maintenance; grounds and landscaping; lighting; transportation; temporary facilities; jobsite support; welding and industrial; refrigeration and specialty equipment. - Services: Rental, leasing, and purchase options; delivery, setup, installation and pickup; maintenance and repair; emergency and after-hours support; operator and safety training; utilization reporting; fleet management and asset tracking; project planning; account management; sustainability solutions; and nationwide service coverage. - OEMs and vendors: No equipment manufacturers, product brands, models, or specific resellers are named. E&I Cooperative Services, Inc. is the named buyer. Suppliers are expected to be manufacturers/providers or fully authorized dealers/resellers for the offerings they propose. - Quantities and part numbers: None are specified. Member purchasing is not guaranteed. - Notable requirements: Proposed products and services must meet or exceed applicable industry quality, technical, environmental, and performance requirements. Nationwide service capability, emergency support, and sustainability or emissions-reduction solutions are within the requested scope. - Term: The planned agreement has an initial five-year term, with renewal for up to five additional years.

E&I Cooperative Services, Inc. is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers for equipment rental, lease, purchase, and related services. Suppliers must be manufacturers/providers or fully authorized dealers/resellers for the products or services proposed, which must meet applicable standards and specifications. E&I intends to establish agreements with one or more awarded suppliers for its members, with an initial five-year term and the possibility of renewal for up to an additional five years. Proposals are due October 29, 2026, by 1:00 PM ET and must be submitted through E&I’s Electronic Sourcing Solution.
