Description

The City of Edmonton is seeking participants to prequalify for Neighbourhood/Alley Renewal and Streetscape Renewal construction projects. This is the first step of a two-step procurement process; the City intends to invite prequalified participants to tender for selected multi-year projects using the Design-Bid-Build model and its standard contract, as modified for each project. Work may include sidewalk, curb, gutter and roadway reconstruction or replacement, asphalt resurfacing, catch-basin and manhole adjustments, streetlighting, streetscape features, and improvements to open spaces such as pathways and plazas. Up to two covered sourcing events may be issued, subject to capital budget approval, with project completion projected from 2025 to 2028; participants must score at least 70% to be prequalified.
