Description

The Government of Alberta is seeking proposals to assess methods and options for conducting cost-benefit assessments of potential large water storage and infrastructure projects. The work will review approaches and recommend and develop standardized approach(es) that allow comparisons across multiple projects in Alberta. The assessments will support Alberta’s broader water storage and infrastructure planning, including efforts to improve water security and reduce flood and drought risks. The expected delivery period is November 2, 2026 to June 1, 2027.
