Description

SAIT is seeking experienced restaurant operators, hospitality groups, and food service providers to develop, operate, and manage a restaurant and/or pub concept in the new Taylor Family Campus Centre. The selected operator is expected to provide a complete operating model covering concept development, menu strategy, staffing, service delivery, marketing, customer engagement, and operational management. The proposal should offer a financially sustainable, customer-focused experience aligned with campus life, facility programming, events, and community connection. Proposals must be submitted through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal, and intent to bid is required before submission.
