Description

The Hall County Library System is requesting competitive sealed proposals for unarmed security guard services at the Gainesville Library, including its interior, exterior, and adjacent parking lot. The contract is for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms, and is expected to begin on or about January 1, 2027. The selected provider will supply one uniformed guard seven days per week and provide the management, labor, equipment, training, licenses, permits, insurance, and other components required to deliver the services. Proposals are due November 5, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. ET.
