Description

Washington County School District seeks statements of interest and qualifications from vendors authorized to provide flu shots for the 2026–2027 flu shot season. The intent is to create a list of qualified vendors to coordinate mobile flu shot clinics at district locations for employees and eligible dependents receiving district benefits. Vendors will coordinate clinic dates with building administrators and are responsible for processing claims through EMI Health. The contract length is one year, and submissions must not include pricing; qualification materials should include staff credentials, vaccine capacity, district-provided supply or facility needs, and any geographic or operating-hour limitations.
