SUNY Cortland is seeking a consultant to assess future student housing options for its West Campus Apartments. - Government buyer: State University of New York (SUNY), SUNY Cortland, Facilities Planning, Design and Construction. - Requested service: One West Campus Apartments student housing market analysis and feasibility study, building on the University’s Campus Living Master Plan. - Study focus: Evaluate options to maintain approximately 100 affordable beds that can also serve as swing housing during future residence hall renovations. - Consultant profile: Experienced planning, architectural, and/or higher education housing consultants; no specific OEM or vendor is named. - Participation goals: 16% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 14% Women Business Enterprise (WBE). - Period of performance: One year.

Description

SUNY Cortland is seeking qualifications from experienced planning, architectural, and/or higher education housing consultants to conduct a focused student housing market analysis and feasibility study of the West Campus Apartments. The study will build upon the University's 2024 Campus Living Master Plan and evaluate alternatives for maintaining approximately 100 beds of affordable housing.
