Santé Québec Montérégie-Ouest intends to contract for 18 intermediate-resource accommodation places for adults experiencing physical and/or cognitive loss of autonomy. The provider is expected to offer housing and support while ensuring residential stability, personal safety, continuity of care, and collaboration with health and social services workers.
