Description

General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee undefinitized contract delivery order (N00135-26-F-4314) under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-22-G-4304 for the procurement of initial spares in support of VIRGINIA Class submarines. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by March 2029. 

This contract action was not awarded competitively.  This contract action was awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented RFO FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
